Returns And Exchanges

We understand that things happen and want to ensure that our customers are happy with their products.

Custom Items:

For items that are custom made, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve it for you. 

Standard items:

If you purchased an item that is not custom made, we do offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. These items must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging for a return to be processed. 

Returns can be requested at [email protected] and if approved, an RMA number will be assigned and return instructions sent via email. 

Shipping Damage

If your item is damaged or lost during shipment, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and and replace the item promptly. Please send a picture of the damaged item and packaging to [email protected] so we can submit the details to the shipping carrier.
