General Returns: We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Customized and Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on customized or personalized items. This includes items that have been engraved, monogrammed, or specially made to order.

Defective Items: If your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund for defective products, excluding customized or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable

  • Customized and personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items

Return Process: To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact our customer service team at [email address] with your order number and details. You will be provided with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to certain items, excluding customized and personalized products.

Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit or exchange it for another product of equal value, excluding customized and personalized items.

International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and duties. Return eligibility may vary by country.

Sale and Clearance Items: All sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt. We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund for damaged products (excluding customized or personalized items unless they are defective).

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly correct the issue by sending the correct item, excluding customized and personalized orders.

Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Custom Order Processing Time: Please allow additional time for processing and delivery of customized or personalized orders. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom Design Errors: We will double-check all details and designs of personalized items before production. However, we are not responsible for errors made by customers in submitting personalization requests. Custom items with customer errors are not eligible for returns.

Gift Wrapping: Gift-wrapped items are returnable under the same terms as regular items, but customized or personalized gifts cannot be returned.

Seasonal Items: Seasonal or holiday-specific customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Method: Returns must be shipped with a trackable carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once the order is placed.

Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify personalized or custom orders. Please review your details carefully before confirming your order.

Refunds for Gifts: If you received a personalized gift and wish to return it, please understand that we cannot offer a refund, only store credit or exchange for non-custom items.

Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt of goods, except for custom or personalized products which are not returnable.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds for returned items may take up to 10 business days to process once the return is received.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the details provided for personalized items are correct. We cannot accept returns on items with customer-provided errors.

Special Order Items: Items that are specially ordered or customized for you are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Return Authorization: All returns require prior authorization. Returns without approval may not be accepted.

Warranty: Customized and personalized products are not covered by our standard warranty, unless defective upon arrival.
